The Tour is syndicated to major real estate sites, which is perfect for any For Sale By Owners who would like to increase their property's exposure online. A beautiful selection of flyers that will complete any agent or homeowner's marketing plan. The flyers work great for emailing home specifics to potential buyers or as printouts for an upcoming open house. Our flyers' will add that extra pop of quality and appeal that will bring your property's image to the next level. Re-shoot - $45
Lets say you have originally listed your property in the winter months and would like to reshoot the exterior while your flowers are in bloom. Or perhaps you've made some updates to your property since our last appointment. Whichever the case, we provide a re-shoot service that allows you to update your pictures without the charge of the full service photo shoot. A re-shoot will consist of 3-5 exterior pictures and is a available when a purchase of package A, B, or C has been made.

Preparation is Key! When hiring FungCreative to photograph your property, it is very important that your home look its very best. We know today's home buyers are doing their shopping online which means your pictures need to make the best impression possible. With that said, FungCreative has put together a checklist for two reasons. First, it helps us shoot your property more efficiently and second, you will have great photos that will stand out from the rest.
